With a track record that spans more than 170 companies and over 65 private equity firms, John has delivered more than 500 proprietary tools and frameworks to help leadership teams unlock their full potential.

Known as a “process nerd and resultant” by his clients, John is a disciplined strategist, data-driven decision maker, and trusted executive coach. He holds an MBA and a Doctor of Strategic Leadership, and is the author of Value Creation in Middle Market Private Equity. John is also a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt, trained at GE Capital.
